#1 : 8 Week HYROX Training
- 3x / week HYROX Training
- 60 minutes / session

#2 : PFT Hyrox
(Physical Fitness Test)
- PFT ialah ujian kecergasan HYROX.
- Untuk kenal pasti tahap fitness anda.
- Sesuai untuk beginner hingga advanced.
- Boleh mula sebelum join Hyrox Race sebenar.
- Jadi penanda aras awal.

#3 : HYROX Simulation
Nak rasa HYROX tanpa pergi race?
Buat simulation dulu!
- Boleh rasa vibe HYROX sebenar,
tapi dalam suasana training. - Anda buat semua 8 senaman HYROX ikut urutan sebenar.
- Ada masa, ada coach, macam race betul.
- Untuk latih mental & fizikal sebelum event sebenar.

#4 : Inbody Analysis
Nak tengok badan berubah?
InBody boleh bagi jawapan...
- Ukur lemak & otot badan.
- Tahu perubahan badan sebelum & selepas training.
- Coach boleh guide ikut data sebenar.
- Nampak progress, sama ada makin fit atau belum.

#5 : Jersi HYROX
Setiap Atlet Hitfat HYROX Training Club yang daftar akan dapat 1 helai baju OFFICIAL.

FORMAT KELAS – 4 MODUL HYPER POWE

HYROX365 FOUNDATIONAL
RPE: 5-7 (Moderate effort)
Focus: Building base strength and endurance
Fitness Skills: Aerobic base development, muscular endurance, general movement efficiency, core stability
RPE: Rate of Perceived Exertion

HYROX365 ENGINE
RPE: 7-9 (High but sustainable effort)
Focus: Improving cardiovascular capacity
Fitness Skills: Running efficiency, aerobic/anaerobic conditioning, respiratory control, sustainable pacing
RPE: Rate of Perceived Exertion

HYROX365 POWER
RPE: 8-10 (Intense effort)
Focus: Strength and power output for sleds, burpees, and lunges
Fitness Skills: Maximal strength, explosive power, force production, grip endurance
RPE: Rate of Perceived Exertion

HYROX365 COMPLETE
RPE: 7-10 (Varied, race-specific intensity)
Focus: Hybrid fitness training, race simulation, transitions to full race
Fitness Skills: Endurance, strength-speed balance, race-specific movement, fatigue management
RPE: Rate of Perceived Exertion
